What pain are we solving?
- Shopify hosted themes limit velocity for custom landing pages, SEO experiments, and programmatic site improvements.
2) Why now
- The team is moving to a headless stack and needs a Codex-first workflow for faster iteration.
3) Solution (MVP)
One-sentence pitch: A Next.js + Shopify headless storefront with programmatic landing pages, analytics instrumentation, and feed endpoints.
MVP scope (in)
- Shopify Storefront API powered storefront (products, collections, cart/checkout handoff).
- Programmatic landing pages that can be generated/edited through code and Codex.
