Retired Replit-era dashboard automation experiment with Neon and auth/runtime lessons, linked to the other killed dashboard attempts. The proof record is intentionally source-first: README/docs, configuration artifacts, generated screenshot evidence, and operator review notes explain what this project is and what it is not. The decision for 1079 is to preserve status honestly instead of converting every repo into an active product surface.

The key decision is tiered representation: this repo receives a first-class project record because it has enough product, workflow, automation, or operational evidence. Known limits and unknowns stay visible so human review can decide whether later work should refresh live URLs, screenshots, or source state before production promotion.
