      state
    2. Sync GitHub repository metadata and activity into Notion for the allowlisted project set
      action
    3. Let the operator manually log conversation summaries and tasks that link back to projects
      subprocess
    4. Export snapshot.json and optional CSV evidence from Notion on the scheduled review cadence
      action
    5. Review the private Observable dashboard by replacing the FileAttachment snapshot manually
